- We partner with Ship rocket to deliver your orders efficiently.
- Standard Shipping time: Typically delivered within 4-5 business days.
2. Shipping Costs
- Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order and the delivery location.
- We provide free shipping only on specific products only.
- Standard shipping rates will be displayed during checkout for your convenience.
3. Order Processing Time
- Once you place your order, we will process it within 8-9 business days. Please note that weekends and public holidays are not included in processing times.
4. Order Payment
- Currently, we only process and fulfill orders that are pre-paid.
5. Delivery Times
- Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method you select. We strive to provide accurate estimates but cannot guarantee exact delivery dates.
6. Shipping Restrictions
- We currently ship across all of India. Unfortunately, we cannot ship to P.O. boxes or certain restricted areas due to carrier limitations.
7. Missing or Lost Packages
- If your package does not arrive as expected, please reach out to us at support@vecros.com. We will work closely with Shiprocket to investigate and resolve any issues promptly.
8. International Shipping
- For our international customers, please be aware that customs duties and taxes may apply based on your country’s regulations. You will be responsible for any additional fees incurred during international shipping.
