VECROS Return & Exchange Policy
At VECROS, we offer a 7-day return policy, meaning you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a Return or Exchange.
Important Note:
Before proceeding with a return or exchange, please review the warranty terms and conditions applicable to your product. This will help you understand the eligibility criteria for returns and exchanges.
Eligibility for Returns:
To qualify for a return, your item must be:
- In the same condition as when you received it
- Unused, with all tags attached
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Once your return request is approved, VECROS will arrange for the item to be collected from your location. Items cannot be returned without prior approval.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at support@vecros.com so we can resolve the issue.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, please follow these steps:
- Request a return: Contact us at support@vecros.com to start the return process.
- Inspection: After the item is collected, it will be inspected to ensure it is in good condition and not damaged by the user.
- Exchange approval: If the item meets the criteria, a replacement item will be sent to you within 7 days.
Note: If the item is found to be damaged due to customer misuse, the exchange request will be denied, and the item will be returned to you.

Refunds
Refunds are processed only once the item has been inspected and confirmed to be in good condition and not damaged by the user. Once approved:
- Refund will be credited to the original payment method within 7 business days.
- Bank processing times may vary.
